I’ve made this several times now and it is delicious. Such a great way to use up an overabundance of cucumbers and tomatoes from the garden. I was a bit confused because the photos show tomatoes in the salsa, but there aren’t any included in the recipe. I added tomatoes based on personal preference and it was great.
