  1. I can’t wait to try most of these recipes. I already made the banana bread….yum!!!! There’s no man to cook for and my little one is super picky. I’m super happy I found your page.

    1. Hi Samia,
If there are other types of fish you can eat, substitute those for the shrimp. In many of the recipes, vegetables would be a wonderful addition. For example, broccoli would be delicious as a substitute for shrimp in the shrimp fettuccine. Hope this helps.

  2. Chelsea (@mommyandthemini)

Mmmm! These recipes look delicious! I’m used to cooking for large events and to make sure I have leftovers for lunches and such, but I wouldn’t mind using these!

  3. Breakfast is FOR SURE my favorite meal of the day and these all look amazing! I work from home, so I have made a habit of cooking breakfast every morning. I’ve become a pro at omelets, but these are great for a little variety! Pinning for later use 🙂

  4. Bethany @Kansas City Dietitian

I love all these ideas, specially the cinnamon rolls. It would be great to have multiple during the week, because I usually make a big batch and then get bored with it before I finish it.

  5. This is fantastic. I learned to cook for a large family. Since I have started my own family, I have really been trying to cut down on waste. These are perfect and look so yummy!

  6. Rachel @ i love my disorganized life

We don’t exactly have a small family, but 3 of 5 kids are grown and out of the house, and most of the time it’s just me and my husband. These recipes are perfect for the two of us, and I even see a few that would be great for satisfying a sweet tooth. Pinning!

    1. We’re in similar situations, Rachel. Four of my five kids are grown and on their own too. I hope you enjoy the recipes, many of them will serve two people.
