I liked that it did not have crust or tomato sauce.

  2. Debbie says:

This was absolutely delicious! My husband and I split it and had salads. We are already talking about making it again.

  3. J. Hegyi says:

    Wonderful recipe!

  4. Sher says:

It was so easy, and so good! I ate half of it 1 day with some roasted broccoli, and the other half the next day with a salad. Oh, and garlic bread both days. So good!

    1. Joanie Zisk says:

I’m so happy you enjoyed it.

  5. Quentin T. says:

SO GOOD!! The whipping cream definitely enriches the eggs and makes a delicate and lovely quiche. The lack of crust is made up for the crispiness of the outside of the quiche itself. I added dollops of tomato sauce on top before baking to add to the pizza flavor. I didn’t realize I’d eaten it all until it was gone!!

  6. Sharon Guthrie says:

I never have heavy cream in the house. What would happen if I use whole milk instead or maybe buttermilk mix?

    1. Joanie Zisk says:

I haven’t tried buttermilk in this recipe but milk will definitely work.

  7. Aloha Kirsch says:

I made this quiche for dinner. Loved it. Added some chopped onion & black olives.
Didn’t have Italian seasoning so I added oregano & basil.
    Will definitely make this again.

    1. Joanie Zisk says:

I just received my single serve casserole dishes and baptized them with this dish. The dish looked so small, but the ingredients fit just perfectly!! This was very tasty and there’s so much room for variety! Just discovered your website and I’m looking forward to trying more recipes.

    1. Joanie Zisk says:

Thank you, Beth. I’m so glad you enjoyed the quiche.

  9. Phillipa Taylor says:

Can one double up this recipe as my dishes are all too big and I don’t really want to buy another dish?
    Thanks

    1. Joanie Zisk says:

Yes, you can double the ingredients for any of our crustless quiche recipes.

    2. Lora A Yoder says:

I also am wondering this same thing. What size dish you end of using when you doubled the recipe? 9×9? How did you adjust the cook time, then? Thank you!!

  10. Teresa says:

I made this for lunch today. I had half & half to use instead of heavy cream. It was very good. I will make it again, maybe trying out other pizza ingredients.

    1. Joanie Zisk says:
