    This meatloaf recipe was very easy to do. Unfortunately I did not like the thyme in the loaf. Too overpowering. I also will cut back on the salt and pepper. Iโ€™ll give it another try.

      While I haven’t personally tested making the meatloaf in an air fryer, it’s definitely something you could experiment with. You’ll want to preheat your air fryer and adjust the cooking time and temperature according to your machine’s specifications. Generally, aim for an internal temperature of 160ยฐF to make sure it’s fully cooked. Don’t forget to make room in the basket for air to circulate around the meatloaf, and if you’re a fan of glaze, consider adding it during the final moments of cooking.

    It’s a hit!

    We made this with plant-based meat substitutes: about a 60/40 blend of Omni ground pork and Beyond ground beef.

    We free-style shaped them into loaves on a baking sheet (next to some baby carrots and new potatoes for slow-roasting), and were delighted to see them keep their shape! We used a chicken egg, but substituting with whipped aquafaba or even a vital wheat gluten slurry probably would have worked the same.

    I forgot the Worcestershire sauce and noticed its absence in flavor. Soy sauce could have been substituted in a pinch, too, I bet. Or liquid aminos.

    This was my first time eating meatloaf! Thanks for teaching me how! There’s leftovers, so meatloaf sandwiches for lunch tomorrow!

    very simple and juicy flavors, recommend to use barbeque sauce and brown sugar for the glaze, and also recommended to pop it in the oven at 375 deg. fahrenheit for 35-45 minutes for a quicker meatloaf, very juicy, tender and so much flavor would definitely recommend.
