  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup chopped onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 5 ounces ground beef
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder Note: Instead of using individual spices (salt, chili powder, and cumin), use ½ teaspoon of taco seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 taco shells

Optional Toppings

  • In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, heat oil 30 seconds. Add onions and cook, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook an additional minute.
