  1. Used this recipe to make my first time ever batch of guacamole. It was super easy and delicious. Thank you!

  2. When I make guacamole I add cumin and rotel tomatoes, which has green chilies in it already. That way I don’t have to chop onions and tomatoes. I don’t use jalapeños because it makes it too hot. My recipe is almost exact to yours, though.

  3. I add tomato chunks and cilantro, but that’s a western influence. I also leave the seed in and smooth plastic wrap onto top to store. I always have a grandchild around to lick the plastic wrap clean before discard!!!
