I use a similar recipe for large groups of people – just larger quantities of the ingredients but I also add cooked chicken or hot Italian sausage (cooked and sliced) or mixed vegetables to my fettucine alfredo – When I eat dinner I often eat too much and this single serving site is perfect for me for it’s many ideas from dinners (like this one) to desserts – Thanks for the site and for great ideas!!!

      I use about 2-ounces of dried pasta. If you’re using fettuccine, the amount that you would take out of the package and hold between your fingers would be the diameter of a United States quarter.
