  • ½ cup halved grape tomatoes
  • 1 ounce shredded mozzarella cheese

For The Lemon Garlic Sauce

  • 1 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1 clove garlic -minced
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
