Instructions
Warm the tortilla on a plate in the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds, until soft and flexible.
Spread cream cheese evenly over the surface of the tortilla.
Layer the turkey, spinach, and sliced red bell pepper over the cream cheese.
Roll the tortilla tightly into a wrap, then slice in half and serve.
Notes
Warm the Tortilla First:
Microwave the tortilla for 10 to 15 seconds to make it soft and flexible. This prevents cracking when rolling.
Don’t Overfill:
Stick to a thin, even layer of fillings. Overfilling makes the wrap harder to roll and more likely to tear.
Spread Edge to Edge:
Spread the cream cheese all the way to the edges. It helps seal the wrap and keeps ingredients from slipping out.
Layer Greens in the Center:
Place spinach in the middle instead of near the edges. This makes rolling tighter and cleaner.
Roll Tightly and Rest Briefly:
Roll firmly, then let the wrap sit seam side down for a minute before slicing. This helps it hold its shape.
