Add the watermelon, strawberries, and honey to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a shallow freezer-safe dish.

Sweetener: Optional, but keep in mind frozen fruit tastes less sweet than fresh. About 1/4 cup of honey is usually enough if you want added sweetness.
