blue cheese

Instructions
In a small bowl, mash half of the blue cheese with a fork.
Add the sour cream, heavy cream, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Stir in the remaining blue cheese.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Notes
Use a Block of Blue Cheese:
A high-quality block is better than pre-crumbled cheese, giving you a creamier texture and fresher flavor.
