Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, mix the ground beef, cooked and crumbled bacon, cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until just combined.
Shape the Meatloaf: Press the meatloaf mixture into a lightly greased 5x5-inch baking dish.
Add the Glaze: In a small bowl, stir together the ketchup and mustard, then spread it evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
