Ingredients
For the Salad

salad greens

avocado

blueberries

crumbled Feta cheese
For the Vinaigrette

olive oil

tablespoons
lemon juice

honey

Instructions
Place salad greens on a plate.
Dice the avocado and add it to the greens. Top with blueberries and sliced strawberries.
Sprinkle pecans over the salad, then add crumbled feta cheese.
In a blender, combine blueberries, olive oil, lemon juice, and honey. Blend until smooth.
Drizzle 1–2 tablespoons of dressing over the salad.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Balance Flavors:
Taste as you go to adjust sweetness and acidity.
Cut Avocado Last:
To keep it from browning, slice the avocado just before assembling the salad.
Don’t Overdress:
Start with a small amount of vinaigrette—it's easier to add more than to fix an overdressed salad.
