Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese , softened
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Swerve sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Using an electric mixer, whip the cream cheese in a medium sized bowl for a minute to make sure there are no lumps.
  • Add the cream, sweetener, vanilla, and cinnamon and beat until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  • Gently spoon the mixture into a piping bag and pipe onto a cookie sheet or use a cookie scoop to scoop out the mixture into 12 mini fat bomb balls.
  • Place the cookie sheet in the freezer and chill until frozen, about 2 hours.

Notes

Sweetener Customization Tips:
  • Swerve Sweetener Advantage: I like using Swerve because it is an easy, direct replacement for sugar — it measures cup for cup like sugar and imparts a pleasant taste.
  • Adjust to Taste: When experimenting with other alternative sweeteners, start with a small amount. Blend it into your cream mixture, then taste and adjust accordingly to achieve your desired sweetness level without overpowering your fat bombs.
  • Erythritol Note: If erythritol is your sweetener of choice, you may find it less sweet than sugar. In this case, you may need to increase the quantity used. Start by adding it to taste, as you can always add more if needed.
  • Strawberry Infusion: For a fruity twist, mix in 1 ounce of mashed strawberries, whether fresh or thawed from frozen, to introduce a natural sweetness and a burst of berry flavor to your fat bombs.
