In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the chopped prosciutto, goat cheese and green onions.
Pour into baking dish and bake for 25 minutes, or until the quiche is puffed and golden.
