  • salted butter or cooking spray
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 tablespoons heavy cream you may use 1/2 & 1/2 or milk instead
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 ounce chopped prosciutto
  • 1 ounce crumbled goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions


  • Heat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Lightly coat the inside of a small 5-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray. Set aside.
  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in the chopped prosciutto, goat cheese and green onions.
  • Pour into baking dish and bake for 25 minutes, or until the quiche is puffed and golden.
