Instructions
Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium high heat.
Brown the ground turkey and onions together.
Then, add garlic and red bell peppers, cooking until the vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes.
Mix in all remaining ingredients, then lower the heat and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
Spoon the Sloppy Joe mixture onto a bun to serve.
