Instructions
Heat toaster oven to 350 degrees F (177 degrees C).
Cut each biscuit into quarters and roll each quarter into a ball. Set aside.
Mix together the sugars and the cinnamon in a small bowl and transfer to a small ziplock bag.
Dip each ball of dough into the melted butter and drop into the bag of sugar.
Close and shake the bag until all balls of dough are completely coated.
Generously grease your ramekin.
Line the bottom of the ramekin with a layer of the coated dough balls.
Top with a layer of diced apples.
Place another layer of the dough on top of the apples.
In a small bowl, blend the melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon for the topping.
Pour over the top of the dough in the ramekin.
Bake in the toaster oven for 25-30 minutes, until top is slightly browned.
Remove from oven and let sit for 2-3 minutes. Carefully invert onto a plate.
